Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as beautiful as you look in your Purusha People pieces, so if you aren't completely in love, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
